Add'l Information & Fees

The minimum Ceremony Honorarium (Fee) for any wedding ceremony is $500.00. Payments can be made by Cash or Check. A $200.00 deposit is required at the initial consult to lock in your Wedding date. The balance of the Honorarium can be paid at anytime, between the Initial Consult and the Wedding Day.

Telephone calls and e-mails from the Bride and Groom, with questions about their wedding, are welcome anytime!

All Fees and Amenities are Required to be paid in Full, (21) Days Before the Wedding Date.

Please Note: Weddings on a Holiday may incur additional costs.

Wedding Honorarium: $500.00

Civil Unions: $500.00

Vow Renewal Honorarium: $400.00

Rehearsals

Rev. Fr. Brad will gladly participate in any reherasals prior to a wedding day; due to the additional time commitment and travel expenses involved, there is an additional fee of $150.00

Dinner Blessings

Fr. Brad will be happy to perform a Dinner Blessing if you so desire. There is an additional fee of $50.00 to cover the additional time commitments.

Extras

Wedding ceremonies held in paid locations must be paid for by the couple, including any fees for the Officiate to park or enter, such as Theme Parks or Festivals. Any special setting that may require him to remain for hours after the ceremony may incur additional costs, depending on the amount of time required.

Travel

If travel is expected out of the area, the bride and groom are expected to pay all hospitality and transportaion expenses for the Officiant.

(Distance will be calulated from Fr. Brad's home in Portsmouth, R.I. to the venue, one way).

Any Wedding between 31-60 miles (from Portsmouth) may incur an additional $60.00 in travel costs.

Any Wedding between 61-90 miles (from Portsmouth) may incur an additional $90.00 in travel costs.

Any Wedding over 90 miles (from Portsmouth) are welcome, but may require an overnight stay and incur additional costs, plus weddings after 4:30 PM will require overnight stay.

The License

Please provide the Marriage License to Fr. Brad at the rehearsal, or if there is no rehearsal , the day of the wedding. Fr. Brad will sign the license and ensure that it gets registered with the state for you. NOTE: A wedding can not occur without a valid license.
